Dear Colleague,
We are very pleased you are going to do some of your skilled work with Glanso.
As with any new employment there are several legal steps and forms to be completed for payment.
There are 2 steps to complete:
Step One: Glanso Enrolment Webform
Please complete our webform with your personal and bank details so we can complete the HR process as well as set up your BACS payment. You cannot get paid if you don’t complete this. Please select the webform that is relevant to your hospital & your job title from the list below.
Step Two: Glanso Electronic Contract
Once you have filled out the webform, you will need to electronically sign a contract with us. We will send you an email with the contract that must be signed. This is a very easy way of safely and securely signing without the need for paper.

None of our contracts require DBS/CRB checks.

Nurses/Porters/HCAs/Surgical assistants: Glanso UK is required by law to provide a workplace pension for certain staff and pay money into it. You can opt into the pension scheme at any time. We must, however, enrol staff if they meet certain criteria. You cannot opt-out of a workplace pension until you have been automatically enrolled – this will not happen for at least 3 months after your first Glanso UK payment due to a postponement period. If you are auto-enrolled, we will write to you at the time and advise you of your options.

Conversely, Consultants are signed up as 'contractors' through Glanso, and so they will not automatically be put onto any pension scheme, therefore there is no need to opt-out.
